WashFlow processes data needed to operate laundry management workflows and provide technical support for the product. This data may include:

• Laundry user account data, such as name, email, phone, login credentials, role, and permissions.
• Laundry customer data entered by the laundry, such as name, phone, address, notes, and service history.
• Operational data, such as orders, services, garments or items, labels, prices, payments, billing records, production status, pickup and delivery dates, and company settings.
• Technical data, such as app version, device or app logs, error logs, update information, and security or audit records.

WashFlow does not intentionally collect camera, microphone, precise location, contacts, photos, or files from the device unless a future feature clearly requests the required permission before use.

QKDell and WashFlow use data to:

• Provide login, authentication, access control, roles, and permissions.
• Manage customers, orders, production, billing, labels, pickup, delivery, and other laundry operations.
• Provide technical support, maintain security, troubleshoot issues, fix errors, deliver updates, and improve the service.
• Comply with legal, contractual, tax, or regulatory obligations where applicable.

QKDell does not sell personal data. Data may be shared only when necessary to operate, maintain, or comply with obligations related to WashFlow.

• Infrastructure, hosting, database, and technical service providers.
• Support, maintenance, security, or customer service providers related to the product.
• Payment, fiscal, or communication integrations if enabled by the laundry.
• Public authorities, regulators, or third parties when required by law, court order, or applicable legal obligation.

Data is stored using systems and infrastructure needed to operate WashFlow. QKDell uses reasonable technical and administrative safeguards to protect data against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, disclosure, or improper destruction.

These measures may include access control, permission separation, security records, secure communication when applicable, maintenance practices, and technical monitoring.

The laundry using WashFlow is responsible for the customer data it enters into the system. This includes ensuring it has the required legal basis, authorization, notice, or consent to collect, record, and process its customers’ data under applicable laws.

The laundry is also responsible for managing its users, permissions, and internal system-use practices appropriately and securely.

Where applicable, users and data subjects may have rights to access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction of processing, objection to processing, and withdrawal of consent.

Customers of a laundry should usually contact the laundry first, because the laundry controls its customer records inside WashFlow. QKDell may assist the laundry in responding to legitimate requests when technically applicable.

Data is kept as long as necessary to provide the service, preserve operational history, comply with legal, contractual, tax, or regulatory obligations, resolve disputes, and maintain security, audit, and system integrity records.

WashFlow is intended for business use by laundries and is not directed to children. QKDell does not intend to collect children’s personal data through WashFlow.

Data may be processed by service providers or infrastructure located in other countries. Where required by applicable law, QKDell uses appropriate safeguards to protect data in that processing.

QKDell may update this Privacy Policy when WashFlow features, legal requirements, data practices, or operational needs change. The updated version will be published on this page with the last updated date.
